"Previously, my 'health' plan for weight control was cutting calories and hours upon hours of cardio.  Thinking there has to be a better way, I met with Dell to talk about my diet.  Through a few sessions with Dell, I learned about eating "clean".  Specifically, Dell taught me the right foods to eat and when to eat them to turn your body into a fat-burning machine.  Although I was a bit skeptical at first given that Dell actually recommended increasing my caloric intake, the results of clean eating quickly became apparent.  I found that I was able to lose more body fat while eating more food and spending less time on cardio! Even more suprising was the effect of clean eating on my energy levels. Not only do I now have much more energy during my workouts, I don't feel nearly as depleted after I'm done.  My only regret is that I didn't talk to Dell sooner!"
